Employee Emails and Passwords

The email address assigned to an employee becomes their login "username".

Username Login

The email address that is on the employee system file becomes their login username. Any email address can be assigned to an employee as long as they have personal access to it. If a password Reset is performed, the system will send a confirmation email to the address on file.

The general login for all users is: www.healthclaim.ca

Passwords

Only the employee can setup or reset their password. It can be changed as often or as infrequent as they want. More information can be found on our other Help Topic: "Password Setup or Reset"
